「We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

「Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. 」

「I truly don’t know where to start with this beautiful place.I messaged the host before I came that I was using the space to host 5 of my closest friends for my 25th birthday and to cook them a 3 course meal from scratch. The host was prompt, kind and informative. When we arrived we had already packed everything we needed to cook but to our suprise when we arrived the air b n b was not only stunning but had everything you could possibly need! Dog leashes and bowls, artisan knives, ceramic serving...

「Location was great!Parking lot was a little difficult to find at first. Plenty of parking and close to the entrance. Residents of building were friendly! Kitchen was well stocked and rental was clean!Highly recommend house slippers or flip flops to wear inside because the first floor was very slippery with socks!Easy check in and check out. Loved the property and will be back!」

Was in town for school, the internet was accessible and worked just fine I had my laptop and netflix account on the tv all from wifi. Super cute backyard and pond area. 「Had a great stay at the property. Robert, the host/owner, is amazing to work with. Super responsive, very attentive, and incredibly kind. Upon arrival there were a few things on the exterior that caused a little concern (porch in somewhat rough shape, neighbors house very close and not in great shape, backyard in somewhat of disarray -- both BBQ grill and firepit were filled with water, back fence gate propped up by cinder block) but don't let it take away from what is inside. Very nice...
