「Fue un maravilloso fin de semana porque tuvimos una excelente estadía, una rica comida/cena en su restaurante y un excelente servicio por parte de Santiago, pero sobre todo un extraordinario gesto de Jesús (el de mantenimiento)que nos brindó de su apoyo sin nada a cambio. Nunca recibimos un mal gesto del personal, siempre muy amable y carismático.Podría ser el hotel más grande o el más pequeño pero cuenta mucho la gente que trabaja para hacerlo el mejor. Gracias por todo sus servicios.」

「The room was fair enough but the phone in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator.That was an issue because I`m diabetic and I need to keep my meds cool.I was able to get a cooler from the store and fill it with ice, that took care of that problem. The TV control did not work but they replaced it after I took it back to the front desk. If you`re looking for a cheap clean room this is a good place to consider. I will not be my first choice next time in Penasco but it did the job this...
