「My stay was end of December and it snowed. It looked like a winter wonderland. The room was clean and the decor modern. The main entrance and check in area has a large sitting area, fireplace and a cute boutique filled with fun items. But really it’s the surrounding nature that was pristine. The walk to feather river was easy to find despite the deep snow. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you.」

「The hotel room was filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke was not bearable. The hotel was in poor repair. A disgusting place. We did not stay but booked a different hotel. I feel if a hotel was listed as smoke free, it should have been just that. I would like to receive a refund.」

「マウントシャスタ観光及びオレゴン州クレーターレイク国立公園へ行く際に連泊利用。モーテルなので寝れればいい人ならいいと思う。レセプションの対応は良い。夜中にケンカがありポリスを呼ばれていた部屋があった。」
