"Front desk staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. We had a king suite, very roomy and clean, and two bathrooms! King bed was not very comfortable, mattress pshould be replaced; bath towels were very thin; air/heat units in the bedroom and livingroom were very noisy. Close to town for shopping and beach for walking. Lake was low, dry docks ( due to this tme of year) but great view of mountains."

"Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable so did not get a good night's sleep. The views from dining, lobby and room were spectacular. When walking in the back door of the hotel it smelled clean. There are areas that need updated but those little things can be overlooked with friendliness of staff and views. Will stay again if they update mattress. "

"This is a great hotel outside of downtown Coeur D'alene. Convenient access to the freeway. It was going through a remodel while we visited. Carpet was brand new and the room was clean and updated. Great place to stay."
