「When we arrived there Jane came out to meet us. We were very happy with it. The three of us went out to dinner beautiful dinner we had. She’s very easy to talk to. Very sociable. Very helpful. It was lovely and quiet. We were right on the beach and it was just beautiful. Would we go back again? We would in a heartbeat. Thank you for a beautiful stay Estherann Kim.💐💐」

「The property for a perfect fit for a family. It was clean, tidy and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. the location is really good with plenty of unlimited street parking, nice walking tracks near by.If I'll visit Hobart again, I'll search this property to book first.」

「We were very impressed with our apartment. Clean, well stocked with breakie provision and spotless bathroom. The bed was super comfy and the views of mount Wellington were superb. Very friendly host. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money. 」

「Perfect location to walk to most restaurants, bars, stores, etc. Unit is spacious and has nice updated decor. Host was very responsive to all communication. Being an old warehouse space, just make sure whoever is in the other bedroom is on the same sleep/wake schedule as the walls/doors don’t have a lot of sound insulation and glass at top of walls let’s light into the bedrooms from living area. No parking with into but not too hard to find somewhere close by if needed.」

「Absolutely fantastic stay at this property. Set in a wonderful, quiet but convenient location, the new and very well equipped property was perfect for our holiday. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Everything you could wish for was provided, well above and beyond a standard service. I highly recommend a stay here and we would love to return again in the future. 」

「This location was very convenient for us to stay on a weekend away with out dog. The room was spacious and comfortable with access to a yard for our boy. Off street parking was good, our only criticism is the water pressure in the shower. 」

「This is a great studio attached to the owners home with great parking with a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The owners are very friendly and offered a number of suggestions for the area. The unit is a close to the beach as you can get and right next to great bars and restaurants. A provides great access to Hobart without having to be in the hassle of the city. 」

「The unit is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. It's a very handy location to head down to the beaches on South Arm.」

「We had a great stay. Location excellent and so lovely to hear the waves. Very well equipped and supplied apartment, having come on a plane with little luggage. Loved the beach and coffee shops etc and close proximity of Hobart. 」

「A cute cottage with loads of history and a little bit of cute quirk!100 metres from the foodie strip where we found the world’s best almond croissant at Zam and Sushi coffee at Midori.A huge plus was the easy walk into the CBD and dock. We walked everywhere. Thanks Kaye!!」
