「The property fit our needs perfectly. It was convenient to have access to washer/dryer. It was close enough to walk into St Augustine (2 mi) and very convenient to one of the beaches. Not knowing how many friends or family may have needed a place to stay, having both a trundle bed and fold out couch provided options. It’s an older home but has all the necessities. It was perfect for our stay.」

「This cottage is the perfect beach cottage. It is in a wonderful area. JP was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfy and the living space was generous for our family of three. The lot is large for being on the beach and our child loved running around playing. The kitchen has newer appliances and was well stocked with cookware and diningware. We would 100% stay again. We started looking at dates before we even left. 」

「Myself and my teenager family liked the stay. The girls had the upstairs, the boys had it downstairs. It is compact and fits four just fine. Not sure if it could fit four adults. The beach is very close, you can bike there. We used the chairs and the umbralla provided by the host. There was coffee, snacks, oranges upon arrival. I could also charge my electric car with an extension cord.」

「The house is great. Wound up with a party of 11 and never felt crowded. Well supplied kitchen. Easy beach access as well as shopping and restaurants. I would do it again.」

「The cottage was cozy and had ample space for 6 people and is was well equipped for making our own meals. We loved the porch swing and back patio. The heated pool is close by and was a great addition. The cafe at the end of the street had great popsicles and iced coffee.Our only issue was beach access. We used the code provided to access the beach gate and set up at the bottom of the stairs along the beach. A man came by and said we on private property and were trespassing unless we paid...
