「This was a perfect place for us when visiting our KU son for the weekend. A mile from campus, quiet area, the place itself is adorable and in great condition. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We plan to book this again for our future KU visits!」

「 We loved the place and would stay there again. As other people have stated, the people upstairs are loud but it's mostly just the sound of walking around and occasionally dropping things. There are earplugs on the nightstand if you need them. Note about the location. We arrived at night and could not figure out how to get to the back of the apartment. The drive is a one way circle around TWO apartments. There is no access between them. You must go past the apartment ON...

「The check in process was very easy. The location was great for where we needed to be in the morning. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was not what we would have hoped for and did not sleep well. The linens, however, were heavenly. The bathroom was roomy and wonderful as well! 」

「We had a great stay at this place. Everything was as advertised. Very roomy and comfortable. When we arrived on our first night one of the stays had not yet been cleaned. We contacted the booking people and they got back to us the next morning and resolved the issue very quickly. They were very helpful. Overall great stay and would stay here again. 」

「Great rental. In a very busy but fun area. Was not loud at night as I would have expected. Had everything we needed. Very clean and reallly easy to check out of. 」

「Our niece ran cross country in Wamego. My husband and i stayed here for the weekend. It was the perfect getaway. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping. We worried about college noise in the apartment, but had no issues at all. Would stay here again.」

「It’s been years since we’ve been back to Manhattan and we had a great time! The house was clean, the location was excellent and everything was painless. It might be worth noting that next door is the funeral home and currently there is an incinerator on a trailer in the parking lot, which might be disconcerting for some, specifically my young children who had lots of question about it. (No fault to the house, just something to keep in mind with this location) 」

「It was an excellent option for people who don’t like the monotony of hotels. We loved the small town feel of the area! The decor is nice even though it wasn’t our first pick and there’s just enough room in the room. The only complaint we have is the grout in the bathroom needs cleaned and the bed was terrible, it looks like it’s going to be firm and then you lay down and you sink into the middle. The pillow were flat and didn’t give you any kind of comfort.」

「Hosted friends and family of 10 people. Ample living space and nice entertainment amenities. Lots of beds; I recall a king, three queens, and a bunk upstairs. And the remaining beds are in the basement, which is semi finished but still nice. The driveway and sidewalks were shoveled and ice free (this was a January stay). 」
