「Such a cute little spot! They have quite the set up! Cozy living space, clean bathroom, place to hang outside, walking distance to the restaurants and shops, yummy breakfast, snacks, and beverages! Wouldn’t even know there was other living quarters in the same space! Definitely check them out 」

「We literally only needed a clean place to sleep while we were in town for one night. This unit fit the bill. Approach was a little confusing as I had forgotten this was a basement apartment, but host was very friendly and eager to help. Outside of property could be a little cleaner, but unit itself was spotless and fit exactly what. Do wish the couch was a little more comfortable, but we didn't need it. 」

「 We loved the place and would stay there again. As other people have stated, the people upstairs are loud but it's mostly just the sound of walking around and occasionally dropping things. There are earplugs on the nightstand if you need them. Note about the location. We arrived at night and could not figure out how to get to the back of the apartment. The drive is a one way circle around TWO apartments. There is no access between them. You must go past the apartment ON...

「The check in process was very easy. The location was great for where we needed to be in the morning. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was not what we would have hoped for and did not sleep well. The linens, however, were heavenly. The bathroom was roomy and wonderful as well! 」

「Cute little three bedroom duplex that’s one block away from a park, which is nice when having children along. It was very clean, easy to notify host of any problems, and check in was very simple. One of the best parts was check out! No extra cleaning, just pick up after yourself basically. 」

「Great rental. In a very busy but fun area. Was not loud at night as I would have expected. Had everything we needed. Very clean and reallly easy to check out of. 」

「This is an awesome place to stay, just across the street from KSU campus. Within walking distance of aggieville. If anything, the property is cleaner than what the pictures show. We also appreciated that there was plenty of coffee for the Keurig. It’s kind of a no frills stay, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「It was an excellent option for people who don’t like the monotony of hotels. We loved the small town feel of the area! The decor is nice even though it wasn’t our first pick and there’s just enough room in the room. The only complaint we have is the grout in the bathroom needs cleaned and the bed was terrible, it looks like it’s going to be firm and then you lay down and you sink into the middle. The pillow were flat and didn’t give you any kind of comfort.」

「We had a group of moms and kids for a local sporting event. It was a great way to keeps things affordable while creating a team bonding experience. The house was spacious, clean and Mike was great to work with. Would highly recommend!」
