「The perfect house in a quiet rural neighborhood with great hosts!」

「We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out.」

「This is a much newer property than those surrounding it. It is modern, clean and well laid out. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. All bedrooms are roomy and have TVs. Great views from the living room, deck and upstair master BR. Wonderful gathering area on the main floor for the family. Love the location. The fourth street elevator was only about a block away, making downtown and the many things there walking distance. Only problem for us is it was shut down for the winter (11/30 to...

「Wonderfull clean and renovated 19th century bungalow. Super clean, great master bedroom and bath with comfy mattress. Petfect location, close to downtown Cedar Falls. Single downside was the tiny loft with tiny beds low ceiling. Good for kids only.」
