「This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

「We had a wonderful stay in Philadelphia! The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and well-stocked. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very responsive to my questions and even had laundry detergent delivered the night before I left so I could get some laundry done! So helpful and kind! 「My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. 「Great place to stay! Check in was smooth. My room is nice and clean and cozy. 」

「We had a great stay here over the holidays while in PA to see family. The space was comfortable and large. Parking was easy and Dave responded quickly to our questions and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We did not really use the kitchen so can’t speak to the appliances but it was a good size and had what we needed. Although near the train, we hardly heard it - just a rumble here and there and an occasional whistle but it was not loud. We could hear people in the other units but...

「This place was great! Clean, lots of great color and decorating, full shared kitchen with high end appliances. I should mention that there are stairs and no elevator which I didn't mind but just something to be aware of. Overall great experience 」

「What a gem in South in Philly! Amazing location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and attractions. Super accessible to Center City or if you're heading down to the stadiums. Beautiful apartment with everything you need nearby. Gabe & Jon are amazing hosts and I love their online guide with specific check in instructions and a detailed guide about the area attractions. I would definitely recommend!」

「Only issue we had, was a room door that didn't close tightly. This was do to the ongoing remodel I believe. And it still locked and closed. Just had a lot of movement once closed. Everything else was great and we had no other issues at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful.」

"空港からの無料送迎（30分に1本）があり、空港からのアクセスは比較的良いです。しかし周りには、同じようなホテルぐらいしかなく、何もお店がないので車の無い旅行者だと退屈します。施設は利用していませんが、プールやジム、レストランが一応ありました（利用者は一応いました）。建物は老朽化がしており、フロントの前は前日の大雨による雨漏りの影響か天井に大きな穴が空いており、水が滴っておりました。部屋も古くシャワーの温度調節や向きの設定に最初のうちは苦心しました。しかし、バスタブがあり、部屋も広かったのは良かったです。なお、チェックインして洗面所に入ったら、備えつきのシャンプー・シャワージョル・コンディショナー・ボディローションの4本のうち、シャワージェルが無く、コンディショナーが3本おいてあることと、清掃をお願いしたのにしていないことは、しっかりしてほしいね。あとで、フロントに伝えたら、きちんと対応してくれたので、まあいいか。市内に行くには、無料送迎バスで空港まで行って、SEPTAかバスを利用して行くのが良いと思います。しかし、いずれも本数が少ないので時間の計画を立ててから行くことをお勧めします。 "

"昼は人通りも多く、部屋も清潔。駅から少しだけ歩きますが、全く不満は無いです。野球場などのスポーツスタジアムにも地下鉄1本。オールドタウンにも地下鉄1本。立地は素晴らしいです。コーヒー、牛乳、炭酸水など飲み放題でした。フィラデルフィアに再度行く機会がありましたら、利用したいと思いました。"
