「This hotel is in a fantastic area for view's and bars and restaurants The hotel itself is a bit worn but rooms were clean and the entertainment in the evening was good we had a buffet breakfast which was 12.00 ea h but worth it and the breakfast dining room was spectacular Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in llandudno 」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS CLOSED. After a 20 mile day on a walking trip we turned up to find the place closed. On contacting hotels.com they spent 45 minutes trying to find us alternative accomodation and having failed they hung up and never called us back. Left stranded and getting dark we could only find a place 40 miles away available and had to sort transport to and from ourselves which left us £200 out of pocket let alone a massive inconvenience. Hotels.com have still not called us...

「On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds...

「妻と子供2人と私の４人で２泊しました． チェックインしてびっくり．たまたまかもしれませんが，なんと２部屋あり，ダブル（キング）ベッド１台とダブルソファベッド１台がありました．４名で広々でした． フルブレックファストの朝食が素晴らしかったです． ホテルの駐車場は二日とも満車でしたので，海岸の道路に路駐しました．午後４時から翌朝１０時までは無料でした． ホテルの裏側は商店街で，お土産屋や，家族で入りやすいイタリアンレストランなどがありました．海にも近く，夕方の散策は気持ちよかったです． 贅沢な２泊３日の旅行となりました．」

「Perfect location at the beach, felt remote from the rest of the world, ideal for taking a short break. Our quadruple room (sea view to the side) was comfortable with all amenities and had two bathrooms. A door between the two bedrooms would have been better. The cooked breakfast had to be ordered, good variety of breakfast items available. The food served in the restaurant for dinner was also very good. Overall the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The spa area was a bit of a let...
