「The host is a lovely woman who tries to fulfill all your wishes. The garden of the property is a dream with lots of wild flowers. Terryglass is a nice village in walking distance with a pub where you get good food. The room is nice. When you need a location to do trips to sites in the west of Irland I can recommend this location. The nearby lake Lough Derg is perfect for water sport activities.」

「I spent all of July and August at Sean’s Lodge at Stonepark and I loved every minute of it. The Lodge was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need to have a comfortable stay and Sean was incredibly kind and helpful. The lodge was quiet and in a beautiful country location but only a 20 minute drive to Portumna and a 30 minute drive to Nenagh. I would definitely love to stay at the Lodge again. 10/10」

「The accommodations are relaxing and beautiful. The town and nearby Nenagh have what you need. Hickey's Bar across the street is a wonderful place to meet the nicest people. Highly recommend staying here at Paul and Karen's place in Silvermines. Karen's friendly reception and initial information set the tone for a great visit!」

「My wife and I came to vacation in Ireland with our 6 children. This was a lovely home that fit us perfectly. We stayed a week and traveled each day to another location to see the SW of the country. Caroline the property manager was very nice and very responsive. The only constructive feedback I would give is that it would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows. This may not be applicable for the majority of the year, but it was very warm when we stayed, and with no A/C, we wanted to open...

「This cottage is a lovingly restored slice of rural Ireland at its best. Stepping through the door is like stepping back in time - and yet all the modern conveniences have been added in unobtrusive ways. The space is beautiful, warm, and inviting. Sleeping up in the loft is a magical experience, listening to the birds as you fall asleep. The property is beautiful, surrounded by gorgeous scenery. I look forward to staying there again soon!」

「We had a lovely stay in this beautifully appointed cottage (right down to an excellent set of knives for cooking!) From the lovely interior to the stunning gardens this was a delightful stop. 「We enjoyed our stay here. We used this property, a little west of Limerick, as a base to explore the Ring of Kerry, and south to Cork. The host met us to explain everything we needed to know about the property, and lives next door, so he was available for anything we needed. My only thought to be aware of is that the kitchen is in the loft, so you need to be able to navigate the steep stairs, which are pictured in the listing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.」

「The house was lovely, lots of room, great for our family to stay. It's close to main street in Adare - a short drive, and in a residential area so it was nice and quiet. The only complaints are that the water temperature was fussy - hot then cold, and some of the fixtures in the bathroom very old and need replacement/repair. There also was not a whirlpool/hot tub, as listed, only a sitting tub (with no whirlpool). However, we were overall pleased with our stay here.」
