「飲食店、土産屋、中心部にも近く便利なロケーションです。チェックイン前の情報提供も万全でした。部屋も綺麗で満足していますが、Bayviewとは反対側の部屋だったので、景観は残念でした。概ねいい宿と思います。」

「イーデンパークスタジアムの向かいにありラグビーファンには嬉しいロケーションでした。駅もすぐ近くでオークランド中心部へのアクセスも便利、近隣にはカフェやレストランもたくさんあるので困りませんでした。オーナーさんには色々と現地情報を教えていただき、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたりタクシーを呼んでもらったり、親切にしていただき大変助かりました。」

「Very disappointed! No contact was made from property with any check in information! I had to call and they said there had been triple booking and weren't sure what there next move was! An hour later they called back to say it had been sorted and they would send through check in details, waited another hour before getting in contact with then again to see why they hadn't sent through, still no replies until 11pm after we had already had to make other arrangements for the night! Very big let down...

「写真と実際のホテル（ビル）が違って、ボロい。 フロントの対応の愛想が悪い。部屋の案内もなく、どうして自分の部屋に入るのか困った。 結局、ドアが二つあって、一つ開けてからまた自分の部屋のドアを開ける仕組みだった。 掃除をあまりしていないのか、入り口、廊下、階段等でゴミが散らかっていた。 」

「Layout was unique, with a beautiful garden like feel to the property. The towel warmer was a nice bonus too」
