"Communication about check in time and arrangement was poor. I sent messages in Japanese but they reply occasionally in English, which was strange. I was asked to send all my details including passport number and a photo despite they have all the details with booking , but after all, I had to fill in details again on paper. Very inefficient and time consuming. "

"The biggest con with this stay was that there was air conditionning only in one of the two bedrooms (with the one unequipped being on the sunny side of the house, so it warmed up very quickly). "Enjoyed this apartment hotel. Neighborhood was quiet but there were shops and restaurants around the very close subway station. Tram was very close as well giving you options and 7-11 was less than a block away. I would caution that if you are 6' or taller you do need to mind your head in/out of bedroom. Also, not much translated to English but wasn’t an issue."
