Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.

Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: SORRY, NO – Our cleaners will need all of the time between bookings to make this large house clean and ready for your stay.

Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.

Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and washcloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.

Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free. TWO cars will fit in the driveway. Additional cars will need to be parked on resort lots.

Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.

Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, SORRY - We love pets and travel with our own when we can. However, this complex is a no pets complex, and we cannot make exceptions to this rule. Guests arriving with pets will not be allowed to stay and no refund will be given.

Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.

Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

Guest Access:
The condo is your exclusive home away from home. This is not a shared property. You can relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. By staying at this fantastic property, you will have access to all of the amenities listed in the description.

The Neighborhood:
LOCATION:
If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, driving ranges, or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses, including Azalea Sands, Beachwood, Tidewater, or one of the several fantastic Barefoot courses.

For a little “retail therapy”, take a walk around Boulineau’s, a stroll at Barefoot Landing, do some serious shopping at one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, or head south to Broadway at the Beach, the Coastal Grand Mall or The Market Common. Don’t forget the Main Street area, where you can wander into one of the many beach shops.

Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.

At the fantastic nearby Barefoot Landing, you can find great places to eat, including LuLu’s, Flying Fish, Umberto’s, the awesome new Crooked Hammock Brewery, and many more. You can also do a little shopping at the many great boutiques, buy a ticket to Alligator Adventure, grab some awesome popcorn from Collette’s, or head next door to Barefoot Winery and enjoy some samples!

Barefoot Landing is great, but the Main Street area has it going on! With so many terrific restaurants to choose from and so many things to do, you will want to book your next year’s vacation before you head home!

If your sightseeing takes you south to Broadway at the Beach, you can feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavilion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. Looking for a little nightlife? Grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!

No matter how you’ve spent your time in the Grand Strand area, we know that our beach and many attractions will make you want to return to make more memories! Be sure to ask your hosts about early re-booking discounts.

Getting Around:
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, there are many options within walking distance and other transportation options are available. There are plenty of taxi cabs available. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy the OPEN AIR arrival with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this home away from home.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots or on the street during the busiest times. There are 2 parking garages and 3 surface lots available for guests.

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.

Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and beverage facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately. However, there are many food and beverage options very close, including a fantastic beach bar next door.

We want to provide you with a personal touch, so one of our staff will meet you for check-in between 4PM and 9PM. Please contact us to set a time. We will then have you contact us again when you are about an hour away or when your plane lands. If you are unable to arrive during these times, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.

Motorcycles, trailers, boats, personal watercraft, golf carts, etc are not allowed on the property.

In case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
