「Service sucked. Housekeeping was not available. We had to wash our own towels. They charge me resort fees which was just crazy amount and that was after I paid in full」

「Terrible. Be ready. You’re going to wait in line, a lot. The elevator system is insanely inefficient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself. You’re limited to just 2 chairs at the beach so your kids need to sit in the sand. Awful. I’ll never stay here again.」

「The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience.」
