「Well I booked on line, received confirmation of booking. Extremely difficult to find. When arrived and spoke with host. He claimed they have no records of my booking, and it was already booked for the weekend. The host claimed that he doesn’t use the VRBO application to rent his house. You charged my credit card $361 for the house and I request that you refund the full amount because we were not able to stay there and we had to find and pay for another accommodation. 「Going to the area felt unsafe. We used a ranger ford as our transpo and the road going there is too narrow. You can only use motorcycle based on when were about to check in. We actually decided not to go to the place coz we felt unsafe. 」

「I did know that somebody is with us inside the house, like a caretaker. The caretaker was really nice she did not bother us. We were not provided with shampoos and soap. We were not provided with basic stuff in the kitchen like oil, coffee, salt, etc. overall, I like the house kinda superclean.」
