「Really lovely find, lovely property, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. Maybe a map of the area in the property folder would be handy. Thank you!」

「I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed 」

「A very well maintained and serviced property, and convenient to the old town. Had some communication problems with Paula. Got no response from a number of calls and texts. Parking was a problem, although we notified her, finished up having to pay ourselves. Again, no communication or arrangement from Paula. No reimbursement.」

「This duplex apartment is fantastical! It is equipped with everything that you would need for your holiday! Just a few metres from the beautiful Harlyn bay. Not a full sea view from the accommodation, but a partial glimpse. Plenty of other lovely beaches within a very short distance. Places to eat right on the beach」

「We had an enjoyable stay. Location is great with driving access to many areas. Everything works well. Bed is semi comfortable compared to most but ok. Self contained and spacious. An allocated Car park is available but has its resident birds that roost in the tree above the car. Views from the windows facing west are very nice. 」

「A lovely peaceful week at flat 5 Seapoint. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Simon, the owner who lives behind the property, greeted us on our first day, he was very friendly and had left us lots of treats (thank you Simon). We didn't venture too far from the flat, but did have lunch at Pilchards restaurant in Port Gaverne, it's a tapas place, a bit pricey but nice. The flat is newly renovated and has everything you need for a week away from home. 」

「Lovely quiet apartment set back from the road with super private enclosed garden and hot tub. We loved exploring the local beaches and restaurants, bodyboarding at polzeath was great even in early October. Hugh was a great host with good communication and support. Having access to streaming services via the smart TV was great too. 」

「Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

「We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....
