「Everyone was very nice!」

「Loved everything except the mineral pool station where we were welcomed to have smoothies - not adequate variety of offered assortment of fruits nor veggies to make smoothies plus smoothies attendant not at station most of the time …instead in athletic shelter talking to fellow staff and returning to smoothie station around 4 pm to make smoothies for those staff members rather than be available on call for guests once lunch time was over. 「The property is in a great location on 7 mile beach. Excellent for sun bathing, beautiful sunset, and overall excellent experience in Jamaica. I love it and I will be back- this is my 4th stay at Coco Le Palm and I love all the staff-great people- highly respectful. On my last visit they greeted me by saying, “Welcome Home!”」

「4 star not 5, mainly because of the food and not a nice beach. Buffet at all hours is a disappointment. Staff- depending who you get - happy or serious (borderline moody, lady at the towel hut really moody). Plus the resort is compact and small to navigate. Room had a beautiful view, that’s a plus. Unfortunately, it would not get cleaned until 3pm on few occasions, once not at all as it was too late to clean. Our bathroom had some wear and tear for sure.」

「The staff was very friendly helpful and nice. Loretta was the best omg did I tell you about her energy every night she had activities planned for us to do. Her games were on point. I loved that every day was a different theme. Jamaica day was my best day the food was on point. This hotel makes you feel at home. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner amazing.
