「Customer service was outstanding. Super friendly and outgoing. The elevator was out of service, however we were on the 1st floor so that didnt affect us. Hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. When they came to clean the rooms, they left the pizza boxes and beds didnt get made, (but maybe thats a thing now?)but always had fresh towels. I would definitely go back to this hotel if in the area again. 」

「The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the noise level, which is somewhat to be expected in any hotel... the people in the adjoining room behind my bed were talking loudly at 11:45pm, and at about 3am I was awakened by staff pounding on a door across the hallway, then asking the occupants if they had water leaking in their room. All of that was loud enough for me to hear through my doors/walls and wake me up. But everything...

「 Although I didn't stay, I wanted to share my appreciation for the kiosk person who helped me cancel my reservation free of charge when I needed to change the dates. I had been trying for a while to cancel through Expedia, but they weren't able to assist. Thankfully, the kiosk person stepped in and resolved the issue. I truly appreciate the help. Thank you! 」

「I almost always stay here when I need to go to Marshfield Clinic. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn and now that they have updated almost everything, it is nicer than the Holiday Inn here. Restaurant has great food at good prices. Everyone is so nice. I don’t know when they updated; but I really like it and the beds are actually comfortable. This is a great value. 」

「ここではクイーンサイズベッドのツインルームに3泊しました。写真からでは部屋の広さが分からなかったけど、テレビの両脇にスーツケース2個を広げるスペースだけは確保できるくらいでした。設備は若干古いということが否めません。新しくエアコンを取り替えたようでしたが、これがまったく使い物にならず。というのもブレーカーが落ちてしまうからです。近いうちにブレーカーの方も新しくするという話でしたが、氷点下の中では暖房がなければ大変だったので、ブランケットをもらったり、ポータブルのオイルヒーター（デロンギ）を入れてもらったりして、対応しました。フロントの人はすごく親切でした。コインランドリーの乾燥機の方は、1回では乾ききることができません。要注意です。近くにスーパーやレストランなどもあり、過ごすには便利なところでした。2階に行くにはエレベーターがありませんので、重い荷物の場合には1階を指定した方がいいと思います。」
