「Overall this hotel was the best I’ve been in in a while and will most likely stay here anytime I come to Austin with a car. It’s not in “downtown” so if you don’t have a car you may have a higher rideshare rate. I love having the parking garage, the hotel is up to date, and the shower was heavenly. We did check in late (10pm) and the tv wasn’t working when we checked in. The lady at the hotel desk wasn’t able to help us but she did give us complementary breakfast for in the morning. The...

「The hotel is really clean. The staff are amazing. They even check up on you from time to time to make sure that is all going well. The breakfast it’s just beyond amazing! The parking is $35 a night, but being in a good location, I think it’s a reasonable fee. The beds are comfortable, bathroom was really clean. The entire hotel smelled great! 」

「We stopped in to attend our daughters track meet at Southwestern University and it was the perfect spot for out quick visit not far from the airport!」

「The beds were incredibly comfortable, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance, damaged drywall, mold in the damaged areas and the water was warm at best.」

「Walkable to CapMetro station, which gives you some waits when you are driving the rail crossing, but it’s just for two-car passenger train, not for the never ending commercial cargos. It is nice to have the kitchen and utensils when you are traveling. The room had everything you need, compact and neat. 」

「The check in and checkout process was super fast and friendly. The hotel is easy to get to and parking is great. The facilities are nice and clean, the pool is small but nice. The area around the hotel is not super glamorous, it’s off the highway, and it’s not very walkable, but if you’re driving, it’s close to a lot of good restaurants. 」
