「The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. The upstairs is very odd with a railing around a hole in the middle. Pretty much a waste of space. The railings should be...

「The place is not as it is described and full of dirt and black molds plus strange insects on beds. The sheets are not clean at all and you have to wash them be careful. I would give zero star if I could as I am really disappointed. We had to sleep in the car」

「Great property tucked away on the north shore of Head Lake. Very private. Great for young kids in terms of fishing and the paddle board and kayaks were a hit and kept them busy. Owners take great care to ensure everything is thought of. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks again. 」

「I was looking for a place to spend a few days after a minor (but strenuous) surgery and this little slice of heaven hit every note! Its an adorabke and cozy slice of heaven right on the river. My partner, our 3 dogs, and I (mostly on pain meds) had a great time resting and relaxing here for a few days, just to get away. Our favourite part was wine and reading at the firepit; it's particularly magical with the string lights on! You can hear the river all night and the areas is super charming....
