「Very nice and clean hotel.」

「The house was a great place inside, the neighborhood not sure about. Parking was a problem at times. Overall, the house met our needs.」

「Some things were missed cleaning. On arrival there was an unflushed BM in the toilet making the house smell. They were quite apologetic and offered to send a housekeeper but it didn’t work with our schedule. The drains in the showers also didn’t seem well cleaned and a towel left was soured in the washer. The rest of the house felt clean and comfortable. It was a wonderfully historic feel and comfortable so overall I was happy with the stay and would just ask they inspect closer. 」

「Hotel and room are clean, but the experience was bad and much less than other Residence Inn hotel which I have ever stayed.. Card key is so often mulfunctioned but the front staff has refused my request to change the card several times, so I had to go and back between the room and front desk many times. Also, some staff is not friendly so makes me uncomfortable. this is not hotel's hospitality.. (I mean some staff are not good , of course, I found some nice staff as well) And the bathroom...

「Hotel was going through renovations but construction noise wasn’t an issue(they were stopping as we were checking in Friday evening and hadn’t started back up when we left Saturday morning). Safe area. Lobby was clean and check in clerk was friendly. Room was recently remodeled and looked nice. Was also clean. Outside was well lit over night. Comfy beds. Someone near us slammed their door all night long and our tv didn’t work but those 2 things were the only negatives. Breakfast was...

「Had to see why the deadbolt wouldn't fully engage. Turned out the metal box in the door frame was not properly cut so it blocked the deadbolt from fully engaging. A little persuasion got it secured.」

「部屋はそんなに広くないですが綺麗です。施設は少々古いですがスタッフの接客は非常に親切です。 周辺コンビニ、飲食店が多く、車がなくても困らないです。空港までバスが朝5時から、通いますので、空港まで便利、安心です。」
