"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "A state of art luxurous hotel. It was a sanitorium for tuberculosis patients before around 80 years that has converted to a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location with a very cold weather. Great dining options. Two things that i didn't like in this stay that i need to menion 1) booked three rooms and was surprised by the reception to hold 27000 TL for the stay. "This is the worst place to stay. The receptionist didn’t speak English. The cabin which we stayed in had a mouse running around, Disgusting! Outside the cabin were terrifying dogs which would take your stuff if left outside the cabin. The way to the cabin was slippery and muddy and puddles everywhere.
