The winery owner who owns this property needs to invest money back into it or drop the idea that this is a luxury hotel stay experience. Billed as a top quality hotel in the area; it is not. Expect hair clogged in your tub drain, a room so hot and cloying you cannot sleep, not even an oscillating fan helped (provided by the lovely front desk clerk, who, incidentally, was also required to clean the nasty clump of sludge-impacted hair ball out of the tub drain while we went to eat! Poor employee!) a wall heater/air fan/cooling system thing that was non-functioning at best (the room was 75-76 degrees all night) people tromping overhead, stains all over the walls in the bathroom, mirror, door, etc. (name a wall, find a stain) A room in need of water damage repair and painting, nasty uncleaned carpet, standing water in the tub as you showered (even though the poor clerk had to clear away the giant hair ball...clearly the problem went deeper) a shower curtain that sticks to the side of your body while you shower, broken drapes you can't close to keep the sunlight from waking you, TV issues, a remote out of batteries...let's see, did I get it all? Oh, one positive, the bed was nice-though the sheets looked they'd been slept in. They did comp us breakfast for our troubles. But we booked a room in this luxury hotel to escape a home construction disaster for a night. Little did we know we'd be staying in their construction disaster. Not impressed. Seeking a full refund.
