**Rental Information:**
- During the end of June, all of July, and the beginning of August, a 7-night stay is required with arrival and departure on Fridays.
- Enjoy a discount for stays of 7 nights or more throughout the year, excluding peak summer months.

- One free parking space is included with the rental of this beach house.

- 2 bikes provided, along with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chests.
- A free Pack N Play/high chair is available upon request.
- Additional bikes can be rented from our property managers and delivered to your door (Rich’s Bike Rentals 1-949-287-3904).

- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM

**Reservation Policy:**
A signed rental agreement along with a copy of your ID will be required to complete your reservation. If you would like to view the rental agreement before making a reservation, please let us know.

There is a charge of $50 per day for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or for exceeding 5 guests, to be paid prior to arrival. This is a family-friendly property.

**NON-SMOKING POLICY:**
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking (including vapor cigarettes or cannabis) is not permitted in the house or anywhere on the property, including the garage, behind the garage, front sidewalk, or alley.
