「We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it’s a great little place in a beautiful location, and the owners are very accommodating.」

「Absolutely loved this property. Jill has provided everything you need for your stay. Pantry is stocked with spices/cooking basics including Keurig coffee, creamer and some light snacks and a few waters in the fridge. Everything was new, washer/dryer came in handy-she even had laundry pods! Quiet friendly neighborhood right near walking path with bars and restaurants right around corner. Upstairs neighbor welcomed us and helped bring in luggage. Plan on returning and utilizing train station...

「I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. 「Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark.
