「Great location and walkable to everything. Great for price.」

「This apartment was the perfect base camp for a couple visiting the National Park. It had everything we would need. The kitchen was a good size and very functional. The bedroom was comfy and there’s a nice living room area to relax. The only issue was that we only had one night to stay in the area. Would definitely book here again for a longer visit. 」

「The listing is very accurate, and the place is well kept. We had perfect weather and were able to enjoy the NP most of our trip. Only issues we had with the place were the lack of cooking utensils/ pots pans. As well as the bathroom door not latching shut properly. Other than those small things, the place was great and we would recommend it to anyone who is coming to the area. Just know if you plan on cooking your own meals, you’ll likely need to bring pots and pans to cook with.」

「We had a very nice stay. The place could use some touch ups here and there but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.」

「I loved the space as a home base for exploring New River Gorge and the surrounding area. The backyard was great for my dog and I had everything I needed. However, the tiny house sits right on a corner of two busy roads and cars going by at all hours made it tough to relax and woke me up frequently at night. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cindy was an excellent communicator and helped me so much in planning our family vacation. It was our first trip to Winterplace. The condo was a perfect ski in and out location. Enough room for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked too. 」

「We recently stayed in the carriage house, and it was great. The space was clean and well-organized, with everything we needed to kick off our stay, from fresh linens and towels to a fully equipped kitchen that included a Keurig. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better—it was close to the trails and sites at the park. We loved coming back to the cozy carriage house after a day of hiking and exploring. Highly recommend...

「Cute place to stay in Fayetteville. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend for two. Bed was very comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Good water pressure as well. Parking is behind the building but if the building is full and you have a larger vehicle there is not enough spots for everyone to park. We drove a truck with our bikes on the back so we parked on the street out front. Which was not a problem for us. The apartment has Plenty of dishes, coffee mugs(there is a Keurig)...

「The ONLY complaint we had was the 3 flights of stairs which we knew about ahead of time but didn’t make it any easier on the over 60 folks carrying up luggage and supplies. LOL We did enjoyed our stay a lot!! We loved being right there at the lift! We would love to stay there again just on the 1st or even the 2nd floor. 😁❤️」

「We rented this property for Bridge Day Weekend. The property was clean and accurately described by the seller. The gym room was well equipped and the hot tub was fantastic. The owner was quick to reapond to questions and very helpful.」

「Cute condo on the river. If you’re adventurous you can pick your way down to the bank. The condo was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet. The New Spot has the best bologna sandwich and the coldest beer.」

「Very clean and spacious! Close to where we needed to be New River Gorge. Staff at Biscuit World was great plus the breakfast!!! Had dinner at Fire Creek and it was delicious! 」

「My husband and I had a 4 day weekend for Veterans day. We decided to take the Bridge Walk and explore some of the old coal towns in Nutallburg and Therman.」

「The house and the location were exactly what I was looking for. Located near Sandstone Falls and Big Branch Trail. The house is well stocked and clean. The screen porch with the view of the river is a great place to relax. Excellent 2 night stay.」

「House was absolutely amazing. It looks like it may have been a barn that turned into an house, but it is set up so cute...property, very bright cheerful. So much room for our 3 family party The river is so relaxing view is iBreathtaking... train was cool to watch Maybe seen cars on road twice」
