Saturday Getaway
The owners were super nice, and responded to my messages quickly! The house is about a 15 minute walk to Bourbon Street, the bedrooms are spacious, but it’s a shotgun house, so you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the second room. The second room is much warmer than the front room. There are two bathrooms, my only problem was the mattress. It was sunken on each side, so you sleep in a divet. Other than that we had a very nice stay!

Fantastic stay in a great location
My friends and I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Dan was a wonderful host and gave us some excellent recommendations for our visit. The house is beautiful and clean, with just the right amount of space for us (4 people) and nice outdoor areas. We loved the location--very convenient, lots of character, and walkable to Frenchman Street and the French Quarter. The house *is* historic, so the floors are creaky and you can hear your neighbors (it's a duplex) if someone's renting the other unit, so maybe not ideal for super light sleepers, but we didn't mind. Would happily stay there again, and hope to be back someday!

Dan is GREAT!
We had a lovely first time visiting New Orleans thanks to Dan and his home and hospitality! We were fortunate enough to meet him in person after messaging back and forth. He is as kind and personable face to face as he is online. We enjoyed many of his recommendations of sight seeing and eating locations. He gave us historical background information on the spot which we enjoyed immensely! His home is conveniently located - we walked everywhere we went (except on one rainy morning) when we went to Cafe DuMonde's for beignets. So much architecture and color and texture to soak in! One of our top three visits in a Vrbo!

Great stay in Treme
Perfect location for your next NOLA stay. Walking distance to the French Quarter. Ubers were cheap for 4... average 10. Owners made everything very easy. Enjoy your stay!

Very comfortable
The residence itself exceeded our expectations. It is roomy, well appointed, and well maintained and compared to other places in the area reasonably priced. Check in and out is straightforward, but there's nobody on site for questions or help. Location is not so good. It's a pretty good walk to get to the French Quarter. Few restaurants, stores, activities nearby, except for the WWII Museum, which is very good.

It was perfect for my adult son and I . There was plenty of space. The fenced in backyard was relaxing and gave us privacy. It was close to downtown. Parking was right in front.

Cruise Started Here!
We had planned this vacation a while in advance never staying in New Orleans. We were very concerned about the neighborhood and local areas close to Bourbon Street. Upon our arrival, the host met us, explained the area to us the home some of the items in the house. He was very pleasant to speak with and ask the beginning of our reservation. The communication was excellent. Well, let me tell you not only Home beautiful, unique, original it was in a very close close distance to Bourbon Street. Like a five minute walk. We walked down to Bourbon Street. Had an amazing time till late evening. Walked back to the home and had a very good night’s rest.! Water pressure in the house for the two bathrooms was great as four of us had to shower first thing in the morning to head off to board our ship! It was a wonderful start to a beautiful vacation for our son’s 18th birthday and graduation year! We will definitely stay again on our next adventure that way.

Wonderful
My husband and I came to New Orleans for our honeymoon as stayed here. It was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect walking distance to a bunch of places and the owner of the home was so accommodating for our dogs. He was even left a list of must try places so we were never bored.

This is a lovely rental. We really enjoyed the property and the neighborhood. And Dan and Jon are fabulous hosts. The walks to the French Quarter, Louis Armstrong Park, and around the neighborhood were delightful and extremely helpful for burning off calories! We are definitely returning next year!

From booking to check out, the process was easy, with no issue. The owner, Dan, was communicative and available if needed! We had zero issues with our stay and loved the charm of the property. Great location. About a 20 minute walk into the French Quarter and 30 minute walk into the Bywater area. Dan and John were wonderful hosts who gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Loved the shotgun apartment

The place was right in the french quarter and was fantastic for me and my brother. Parking was a breeze (we rented a car). There was a hurricane and dan couldn't have been a better host. He let us know what to expect and assured us he was there for anything we needed. It was a fantastic stay in a beautiful property. We could not have been happier. Great Trip. Even better property experience.
Daniel was beyond accommodating and personable. My wife and I just finished our 4 night stay with our small dog in tow and honestly can’t wait to come back again. Property is beautiful with a lot of charm in the Treme area. Close proximity to all the action but quiet at night. An unbelievable experience.
