Amazing Property, Amazing Hosts
The photos of the property are spectacular and the property is even more insanely beautiful than what is represented in the pictures. However, the host, Craig, and his team, are top-notch. Craig and the team are single-handedly the best short-term rental management team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They came through for our group in such a HUGE and meaningful way when we made a request of them that they 100% certainly did not have to accommodate as it was outside their roles or responsibilities. I have so much appreciation and gratitude for this host. I highly recommend this property and the team that hosts it. Thank you to Craig, Trevor, and the whole team. Thank you.

Perfect Stay

Excellent property , pictures matched perfectly. 8 guys on a golf trip , separate rooms for everyone. Great common area . Enjoyed the pool. Easy access to Bourbon Street - we walked one night. Craig was great host.

Beautiful Renovation
Maison Grace is an absolutely fantastic renovation. It had everything my family needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Location was great. There is a wonderful market just a block away and a Starbucks (as well as a great local coffee shop) literally right around the corner. It is loaded many bedrooms and bathrooms (many baths are ensuite). The common areas are large and perfect for any group. My family enjoyed the large TV in the common area for the NFL games on Sunday. Perfect place for making memories. Just a short walk or Uber ride from the French Quarter. Would definitely stay again. My compliments go out to the designer of this lovely place!

Perfect Location and Beautiful House
I cannot give this property enough positive feedback!! Everything was perfect!! The house is spacious and beautiful. They provide you with EVERYTHING you need - toiletries, pots, pans, coffee, creamer, etc. They also had a generous supply of trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The beds were very comfy. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The communication with the property manager was quick. We were able to take a quick (7 mins or less) Uber to bourbon street. Walmart delivers to the house as well. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book again when we are back in New Orleans. Thank you again!

Annual Boys Trip
House was exactly as advertised. Really spacious. Tons of bedrooms for our group of 10. The backyard and pool and gazebo were great spaces that our group enjoyed. Fully stocked kitchen for our cooking. Commmunication with the host was consistent , timely and easy. Our group was there for LSU Ole Miss game. Really enjoyed our weekend.

Family reunion
Great property. Initially looked like a borderline neighborhood but was actually fine and fine. It was a fantastic site for our family reunion and everyone was really happy including our grandchildren ~10yo to grandparents in their 70’s and 80’s. Very close to Frenchmen street. Lots of fun painted houses all around.

One of the best we've stayed in
We've stayed at many properties before, and this one was the most beautiful and the most spacious. It is so tastefully decorated. We asked the locals about the neighborhood, and they told us it was safe. We had great communication from the host as well. We would definitely return here in the future.

Excellent Location
This is a beautiful home in an incredibly central location. It was spacious and well decorated. Perfect for medium to large groups. The host was communicative and pleasant. We unfortunately had issues with our flight, but the Craig was helpful to let us stay an extra night. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit New Orleans!

Top notch property with ample room for everyone in our group to have privacy in their own rooms, while providing plenty of space to gather and socialize. Very walkable to Frenchman and other local establishments. Host was communicative and everything was great. Would absolutely return and recommend this property!

INCREDIBLE stay!
The house is even better than the photos, so comfortable, huge, with beautiful touches and landscaping throughout. The host was very communicative and worked hard to get us in early, also we shipped a few items to the house which they left for us on the table, no problem. I can't recommend this place enough, wish we were still there!

It was an amazing stay. Everything from cleanliness to communication was excellent. We had 9 couples, each having their own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect amount of space for everyone! Wish we had another reason to return soon!!

Lovely big home. Great for a group!
Looks exactly like the listing. We were three generations of a family totalling 11 people. Everyone had their own space including a choice of several sitting areas. Don’t want to watch football? Go to a different TV room! Plenty of space to hang out all together, in small groups, or alone. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked with shampoo etc. The location was great for walking and the host was always available and responded quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maison Grace to my family or friends. You won’t be disappointed!

Reunion in NOLA
One of the best properties we have ever rented! The house is gorgeous and perfect for the distribution of families and adults we had--we loved the modern, industrial, yet rustic feel. The upstairs area was great for the younger folks, and the downstairs area was wonderful for the "older" folks. We loved the open floor plan, and the kitchen has two refrigerators. I would like to note that the outside of the building is quite oridinary, and I'm only mentioning this so people won't misgudge the property if they decide to look it up. Believe me, it is an amazing place! Once you step inside, you'll be blown away. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we have nothing but positive things to say!!
