The only double-wide boathouse is situated on the Lake Pontchartrain Marina. Serenity is the only home on the bay that features a HEATED private pool that is maintained on a weekly basis. • Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $100 to have two extra cleaners assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.

Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant
*Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
