朝食のサービスはコロナ禍を機に中止とのことでしたが、フルキッチン、調理器具等が完備されていました。なお、近くのスーパーマーケットで食材は調達可能です。基本的にハウスピーピングがないので、自宅のようにくつろぐことができました。

Loved this property! I have been to New Orleans many times, first time at Grenoble and would happily stay again. Beds were comfy, AC/heat worked properly and well (had to use both!), kitchen was well stocked with the essential dishware, water pressure in the shower was great, and everything was clean. For being so close to Bourbon Street, the property was also very quiet and had no issues with noise or sleeping. The suite itself was much bigger than the pictures showed and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. The staff was also wonderful and super friendly. Centrally located, within walking distance to everything in the French Quarter, while only being a 10-15 min drive to Magazine St and Marigny.

My husband and I spent 5 unforgettable days at Grenoble House, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel's unique charm and character. The decor is absolutely stunning, perfectly blending New Orleans' vibrant culture with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a place that truly makes you feel like you're a part of the city’s rich heritage and beauty. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We did experience a small issue with water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen due to a sprinkler problem. However, the team acted swiftly and moved us to another suite, resolving the situation quickly and without any hassle. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled, and we needed to extend our stay by one more night. Despite our concerns about availability, the staff reassured us right away, making the whole situation so much less stressful. Their kindness and efficiency were truly appreciated. When it came time to head to the airport, a wonderful gentleman at the front desk called a cab for us. He also gave us some great advice about taking a taxi instead of Uber or Lyft due to the snowstorm that had caused road closures and higher surge prices with ride-sharing services. We can’t recommend Grenoble House enough. If you're looking for a place to stay in New Orleans, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect in every way
One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in a while! The king room was gorgeous, I loved all of the brick! The bed was sooo comfortable, and it was awesome having so much space with a living room and full kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better nestled on a quiet street but only a block away from bourbon street, or a quick walk to Jackson square or Caesar’s Superdome. The pool was beautiful and peaceful as well. My friend and I kept saying we have to stay again the next time we come.

I rented a suite for two nights, there was such weak water pressure I was barely able to brush my teeth. Also, I had no hot water in my room at all. I let the front desk know about it and was told by Champagne, the older gentleman behind the front desk responded “you probably showered when other people were using hot water!” Nobody did a thing about it I also let them know hot tub was cold and the boy at the front desk said “oh yah it’s been broken a long time.” Also no maid service. I could go on but if you’ve read this far you get the idea. Not a lot of accommodation for $200 a night.

Tres Bien!
Overall, we were very happy with Grenoble House. Location was wonderful, loved the European feel and the private patio/pool areas. Perhaps cushions on the lounge chairs would make them more comfortable. Only negative comments we have are: 1) No place to hang wet towels!!!! No towel bars!! 2) It was not made very clear that we had to specifically request to have our rooms cleaned. We were given a paper with instructions, but that should have been on top in bold letters! And we should have been told in person when we checked in. Otherwise, would really enjoyed our stay!

Never had a more accomodating staff than this one! Very European style (drop off key when you leave), very secure and safe. Loved the pool. Great area to relax and recoup. Rooms are spacipus and filled with antiques. Full kitchen!! Family is qorkimg hard to make cosmetic repairs. So charming!! Best location in NOLA.

A different kind of hotel but nice.
This hotel is more like an aparthotel as our room had 2 floors and a kitchen available. It was very, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. We appreciated that the front door to the hotel was locked and you had to be buzzed in. Also that each time you left, you left your key which allowed you not to worry about losing it. the location was great, close to Bourdon street but you couldn't hear Bourbon street craziness. Our issues were the spiral staircase in the room which lugging bags up to the bedroom can be a lot. The water pressure was very low. There was no lotion in the room, so bring your own. All in all it was a nice stay.
