The location was walkable to the quarter and the street car line, and there are great restaurants in the neighborhood and Bywater. No concerns for safety, regardless of time of day. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「Perfect spot. We had both new people to NOLA and seasoned veterans to Bourbon st. Everyone agreed this was the perfect walking location to all the fun in french quarters. Host communicated very well made and made it as easy as possible. Could probably sleep 14 but theres only two bathrooms so our 8 was just right. Great experience would love to stay in this exact spot again」

「I traveled to NOLA on business and was located about 20 minutes from the convention center. Far enough out of town and close enough to get to all the city easily. The property is exactly as described in pictures. Gated parking, pool, snacks and drinks upon entering, partially stocked refrigerator, and incredible coffee station and selection. My invoming flight was delayed, and because of that my departure was also delayed which changed my check out date. This host accomodated this change quickly...

「Place was clean except for stains in sink. I was given the incorrect door code but was able to resolve this with a quick call. Front door handle to exit was broken so I had to find an alternate route out of the building. (Staff member told me there wasn’t one.) Door handle was fixed quickly. Location was excellent and beds were comfortable. 」

「The location is fantastic. The ceiling fan in the room didn’t work and we asked about that but never heard back. We were locked out for an hour one afternoon because the main door code had changed and no one told us. Other than that, we really enjoyed the location. You can walk to several coffee places and delicious restaurants.」

「Stay was great except for a few things. This is in no way a studio. It is a hotel room with bathroom, no couch or comfy chair(s). The room was too small for the furniture/not allowing for two night stands. Gfi outlet in bathroom didn't work. Had to blow dry without mirror in room. No laundry pods as stated. Thankfully packed enough clothes so we didn't need them. One basement door was propped open our entire stay making outside code pointless. The other basement door was inaccessible for egress...

「The property was amazing! Definitely staying here again! The room was very spacious and clean! Double sink bathroom, huge tub for two. King bed, full living and kitchen! More than I could ask for! I wish I was staying longer than over night!!! Rooftop view was nice! Parking was terrible! $45/day is outrageous! luckily it was the weekend and street parking was free! But again $45/day is ridiculous! Definitely more clear directions for the elevator keypad. The directions posted at Jung...

「Villa was great. We had a 2 bedroom & the price was very reasonable. The ceiling had a small leak from upstairs unit but it was dried up and didn’t interfere with our stay. My only complaints would be the water pressure for the shower was really low and the waitress at the restaurant/bar wasn’t very friendly- in a rush to get us out. Overall we were happy with our stay & would book again. 」
