「環境に配慮して、タオルの交換や紙コップの補充を含めたお部屋の掃除は４日に一度しか入りませんが、お願いすればやってくれるのがありがたかったです。 個人的には必要だったのは紙コップとコーヒーの補充、ゴミ箱、タオルの交換くらいだったので、フォームなどにチェックを入れて選べるといいなと思いました。」

「The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. 「My host was so friendly and considerate! The 2 breakfasts were devine. Tasty food with homemade sauces. Coffee was perfect. Wonderful place to get away for a couple nights. My room was quiet and cozy. I cocooned in there except to pop over to the market across the street for some treats. Thank you for a fantastic get away! I will be back!」

「We stayed in the new wing, which was wonderful. Room was clean and spacious with a walk in style shower.Just pay attention to signage as it can be a bit confusing finding your wing. Also two hotels are attached together so easy to get turned around and end up at the wrong front desk. Lobby starbucks was convenient. Included breakfast was good. Nice staff. 「The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk service is worse than what can be imagined. Sometimes ask for the same thing 3 times regardless by phone or face to face and still being ignored after told they would do it soon, e.g.lack of body wash, no bath mat, etc.」
