「really pleased, very comfortable and staff were great. Food was very nice (especially the breakfast). Only slight issue is the room was quite cold but did eventually warm up with the air con unit. There was a note saying new windows are being put in though and it was -2 outside」

「We had a fabulous 3 night mid-week stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were attentive and really friendly and the food in the restaurant was exquisite. We had intended to find other places to eat during our stay but the food was so good here there was absolutely no point. I would highly recommend this hotel.」

「Everything brilliant except shower. Lovely place and great value. Breakfast was a bit quirky however nice all the same. Missed breakfast on day 2 as we had not ordered night before as we were back late.」

「シャンクリンのオールドビレッジから徒歩数分。ホテルに車を置いてオールドビレッジを観光できる立地は素晴らしい。ホテルからは海が一望でき、晴れた日は心が洗われるような景色を楽しむことができる。レセプションの応対はあたたかく親切で満足できる水準。一方でレストランは平均並みの味・サービスレベルでとりたてて良いとは言えない。ディナーはホテルではなくパブや町のレストランで食べるのも選択肢になるだろう。エンターテインメントは子供向けの遊び場やプレイステーションが充実しており、小さいお子様連れには便利。プールもアウトドア、インドア両方完備されている（ただし設備は少し古い）。」

「We stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting...
