「this is a place suited for people who does not require hot water shower in winter. turn on the tap for almost an hour. when reception is informed, they’ll tell u electrician is sleeping. take a shower tomorrow morning but hot water never come. i’ll never come back even if it is free, pay to get tortured.」

「We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. They also managed to ensure that the tea was only served after all the...

「The location and overall appearance of the hotel is good. However, the room we stayed (first room on second floor) had a couple of dozen bugs in the room. We had to turn the lights in the room off and left only the bathroom lights on during the night hoping to attract bug away from us. We also had to use towels to block the bottom of our door to prevent more bugs from coming in from the hallway. Next morning we found a lot of dead bugs right outside of our room which was a horrible scene....

「Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. The bathroom had an open shower, toilet and basin. The room was large enough without everything getting in the way. Hot...

「Descent guesthouse in a good location near enough to everything but not loud and crazy. Within a 15 minute walk to bus station, 5-10 minutes away from food choices and banks etc. For this price hotels would be in worse shape so better to stay here. Shared shower and bathroom which were never cleaned i dont think. 」

「First thing first, it’s peaceful and clean. I don’t usually dine outside because I am very health conscious. I always try to book B&Bs because of the flexibility to cook your own food. It had access to ac, kitchen and living room which made my travel very comfortable . Internet is a plus as wifi is all around the house. I would really like to thank my hosts for making my visit at Siddharthanagar enjoyable.」
