気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues:
- it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before
- No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person.
- Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception to make calls. Had a harrowing time coordinating with driver as it is a zero network zone. Driver missed us 3-4 times due to this
- No dustbin in rooms to throw garbage. Strange considering u can’t litter in andaman
- Not enough seats in dining hall. You will first wait in line to get a seat. Then wait in line for your order due to under staffing (The room cleaning staff was managing dining hall). Plus there is no room servicing, so you will have to go through this 1.5 hours torture to get some food
- They don’t accept cards or any online payment mode. Good luck with saving cash till neil island as you would have burned it all before in port blair/havelock water sports
