Enjoy fun days playing at the beach and in the waves of the Gulf at this seventh-floor condo at The Inn at Summerwind. When you're not spending time on the miles of beaches head inside to cool off and relax in the living room. With a full kitchen cooking up any meal is a breeze. The Inn at Summerwind is one of three buildings in the Summerwind Resorts complex, located directly on the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, and conveniently located in close proximity to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier.

On-site, enjoy the multiple community pools (one heated seasonally) and hot tub along with a sun deck and outdoor showers. There is also a gulf-front fitness center. The Inn at Summerwind is located directly on the beach, just a short stroll down the boardwalk to the most sought-after white sand and gorgeous waters of Northwest Florida.

Pretty views
We absolutely loved being so close to the pier and saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. The condo was exactly what we hoped and had an ice maker and a couple other things for us to use. Our only issues were that the WiFi didn’t work (which isn’t a big deal) but the service is spotty so heads up! Make sure you bring hand soap! I would stay here again we loved it.

Perfect location
Our family of four (including two older teens) stayed in this condo comfortably. Bring a bag of ice because the fridge ice maker doesn’t work. There are several ice trays to make ice after checking in tho. Local Vacasa staff were pleasant. Perfect location on the beach near the pier with beautiful views of the water from the balcony. Walking distance to local restaurants and activities including water sports and sea turtle conservatory. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely Weekend Getaway
The property is immaculate. Our condo was spacious and perfect for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 tweens. The locations is spectacular. There was security on site and checked the mandatory wrist bands- which I loved. The included 2 beach chairs and umbrella service was a mega bonus. The king size bed was, hands down, THE MOST comfortable bed we've ever slept in away from home. Highly recommend this property, this particular condo and VACASA. I liked that we could text vacasa with any questions regarding our trip.

Place was clean when we arrived and had all the necessities. The internet was not working but after resetting the modem started working. Sliding door to balcony had issues and was very hard to open and close. Overall nice place but needs some maintenance attention.

Needs deep cleaning and new furniture, kitchen table set is a joke to Low.
the view was amazing !!!but the condo was very dirty .furniture very old. The mattress was full of urine stains all over both sides of the bed and they put a new mattress pad over it to try to hide it. They brought us a new mattress when we complained about the urine . three days later.

A great stay!
The view! The view is fantastic! The condo was clean, the mattress in the bedroom was comfortable (we didn't use the bunk beds) and we had all the cook ware we needed. The photos on the listing aren't quite accurate. The sofa, decor, bathroom sinks and shower head have been updated and are very nice. The beach access was easy and private. There were supposed to be 6 armbands allowing us access to the property but when we checked in there was only 1. This was rectified very easily and quickly by contacting vacasa. We had a lovely stay and can't wait to come back!

Ok but not the best
We have always loved Summerwind but room 703 wasn’t top notch. You can NOT check in earlier not 1 minute sooner even if room is cleaned. Code didn’t work and had to have it reset. Once we finally got in room we received information that we had to go pick up wristbands from the office down the road, should have been told this earlier. The washing machine, ice maker, and screen door did not work and I don’t think the floors had been mopped in awhile. The view was great and bed/furniture was nice but things definitely need to be fixed/cleaned more thoroughly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean and everything we needed was in the condo. Bed was super comfortable. Only problem was ice maker in the frig/freezer didn’t work. A ice making appliance on the counter didn’t function either. Reported it next morning and no one called us back or came to fix anything while we were there. Reported issue AGAIN on checkout so next guests would not have this inconvenience.

Spectacular view & comfortable home.
Very clean. Bedding was very comfortable—- sheets, pillows, mattress. Slept very well! We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well equipped. Plenty of room. We definitely want to stay again!
