「Had a lovely stay great location for our trip exhibiting at the NEC The restraunt/bar was great could relax no hassle tring to fine somewhere to eat The staff were d friendly polite very helpful. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pool found we could unwind Will definitely book again next year 」

「We were a group of friends for the festive party. The Village would have known how many people were booked in, yet only 2 bar staff were allocated to the bar. We had to keep leaving the room to get drinks from the main bar. Why not just put more staff on? The breakfast options were good, BUT when asked where to put some recycled items, we were told to put it in the bin. How is that eco-friendly?」
