About this space
"Caprice" is an elegant choice for discerning travelers visiting Nassau. A private gated subdivision, comprised of only 15 individual Town Villas, This Studio is attached to teh Villa but has his own entrance and parking in front of the studio. There is no need to cross a busy street to enjoy a day at the beach... just a few steps away inside the community ( approximately 150 feet) is a sandy white private beach area for your enjoyment. If you are looking for a change of beachside scenery during your stay, you can access the larger public beach that is a picturesque 2-minute walk from our gated community. For your dining and social needs, there is a shopping development directly across the street. Filled with sports bars, grocery shopping, a liquor store, a fitness center, and fast food or fancy restaurants, you will have all the modern-day conveniences directly across from your front door.
Overall you will find that Caprice is an elegant residence with turquoise blue ocean views and convenience for your stay in Nassau. Stop dreaming and start living- your vacation paradise home awaits!

No Hot Water!
The place was just as advertised and provided plenty of room. However, there are some simple things that need to be done to make it more enjoyable: 1) No Hot Water - even though we told that manager daily or the Cleaning Lady on site daily, we were constantly being told that it was being worked on. However, it never did get fixed. Neighbors in adjoining rooms said that they had the same issue. 2) Toilet Cammode - This was loose to the floor, but other than that, there was no issue. 3) Small Refrigerator leaked water - We had to put a towel down next to the Fridge to keep water from running into the room. Simple things that should be fixed, but weren't. Nevertheless, we did enjoy the place and the location.

This property was great. Small studio perfect for two people. The only thing is that there was little flies at night near the bed.
