The facility was overall fairly clean, and staff were mostly helpful.
Night shift left something to be desired though. We had one bathroom door that had come off its track-night shift person was very accusatory that the people in the room had "done something to it" but that was not what happened at all (1 roller was already off track when we checked in so when the bathroom door was completely closed to be used it fell the rest of the way off). They did tell us that it would have to fixed the next day-that's fine BUT this door was very heavy, was really a hazard because it was blocking the bathroom so we had to crawl under it to get to said bathroom. 3 people in the room, using the restroom, needing it to get ready in the morning etc. Not very convenient or safe really. Come to find out the manager the next morning had not even been told about the door. She seemed surprised when I went down to discuss it, I just had a feeling I should discuss it with day shift. And I was right.
2nd night shift fiasco was we found that one of the hairdryers in the room was not working. Called down to see if we could get a replacement or get one from an unused room. Night shift staff seemed unaware that was even a possibility (it pops right off the wall), and we were told that we would be called back after speaking with their manager. Never called back. Never offered anything to rectify really. We ended up popping the hairdryer off the wall ourselves and just shared between rooms.
