「I liked the fact that it was not in the heart of Broadway. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The only thing that was a minus was the traffic noise late at night.」

「I really loved our stay at The Stat, it was very enjoyable. It’s truly a hidden gem in the middle of Midtown and minutes from downtown Nashville. We were able to walk to many restaurants and Uber to many places only taking a few minutes. Our unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Having a full kitchen was nice and the courtyard was great addition. I highly recommend staying here.」

「Liked the apartment, it was clean and plenty of room.we didnt have no washcloths, but i had brought some adult wash clothes so that worked out ok.Could use some seating outside on the porch but overall it was very confertable and convenient to the hospital..」

「The property was okay. It was a bit further from my destination than I thought it would be. It was also in an area that seemed a little shady. The bed mattress was comfy but it was low and the support frame seamed like it was broken. I was ok with it, but if there were 2 of us, it probsbly would not have supported us. The directions to get to the room, once in the building, were a bit confusing. I found my way after realizing they were wrong.」

「Great location and nice property. There was miscommunication on the arrival time. The day before I was called and I told the representative that I would be arriving between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and the code would not work for the door. I called the concierge and they said the unit had not been inspected and would not be available until 2:30pm. They said they would call back, but did not. I also had an issue with the thermostat in the bedroom being locked. It took multiple...

「Great location. Nice neighborhood. Parking is challenging if you have a larger vehicle.」

「Nice apartment, clean and very new, only big problem was that at the moment they are building another block of apartments across the street. We were woken up at 5am daily with construcion workers and cranes banging about, after the weekend there was welders who work the night shift, banging around all night. Needless to day we didnt get much sleep. I realize this is unavoidable but I would recommend not renting till the building is finished, 2022 maybe. 」
