Love Real heart of Naples
The property was as advertised. Tina, our host, met us at the property waiting for us as it took us much longer than we planned. The property is in a real Neapolitan neighborhood, which we really enjoyed (bring your earplugs). At the end of the street is the deservedly-ranked Starita pizzaria and catty-corner is a wonderful bar run by very friendly people. We will miss them!

Bona ubicació i un gran nombre de petites botigues al voltant. L’atmosfera napolitana 24 hores. Si teniu problemes per dormir, tingueu en compte que els scooters circulen fins a més de mitjanit i a les sis del matí tornaran a continuar. La televisió no va funcionar per problemes amb l’antena col·lectiva. En qualsevol cas, una estada fantàstica!!

Nettes Appartment im ursprüglichen Neapel
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt im unteren Bereich über eine Klimaanlage. Leider sind die Umgebungsgeräuche (Mopeds + Autos) sehr laut, sodaß man (auch mit Oropax) nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist nur für schmale Personen gemacht.

Naples avec les napolitains !
Un super séjour dans un quartier populaire et extrêmement bien situé ! On peut aller dans tous les quartiers à pieds. Dans le quartier, petits commerçants, supers resto : i due re ; il gallo, la starita. Merci à Tina et sa famille, pour leur réactivité. Certes le quartier est bruyant mais à Naples tout est bruyant ! C'est une ville à découvrir !

Un appartement situé dans les quartiers historiques de Naples à quelques centaines de mètres du métro, du musée d'archéologie nationale (à faire impérativement!). Tina nous attendait à notre arrivée et a vraiment été d'une grande disponibilité et d'une grande gentillesse.

Neapel muss man gesehen haben..
Die Wohnung ist nichts für gebrechliche oder Behinderte. Die Wendeltreppe ist sehr schmal und stark gebogen. Es ist nachts sehr laut was uns nicht gestört hat. Duschtür ist sehr schmal, schlanke haben damit sicher kein Problem. Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig. Schlafraum und Bett waren in Ordnung..

Logement avec literie confortable à 10 minutes de la ligne de métro 1. Nous avons pu facilement rejoindre tous les sites que nous voulions visiter. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier où l'on trouve des petits commerces . La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les propriétaires sont agréables.

Wie im Profil beschrieben konnte Tina nur italienisch, aber dank google Übersetzer kein Problem. Wer eine Ferienwohnung mitten inder Stadt sucht ist hier richtig, denn es sind sehr belebte Straßen mit viel Verkehr rund um die Uhr. Die Ubahn ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügte über eine Klimaanlage und war mit im Preis inklusive. Das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage war trotz Ventilators immer warm. Die Dusche, sowie die Bandtür waren abgenutzt.

Appartamento molto bello e pulito, posizione comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo, proprietaria gentilissima. Purtroppo , come dappertutto a Napoli , è difficile trovare parcheggio, ma se lo si chiede la sig.a Tina lo trova (a pagamento) e la notte c' è un po' troppa confusione. Il resto è perfetto: letti comodi, utensili stoviglie e biancheria in abbondanza, tutto perfetto.

Good location, clean and well equipped, lovely helpful owner, will return for sure.
Located about 5-7min walk from the Train Station Materdei on Linea1 the apartment is well situated to sightsee Naples. Tina, the owner is very helpful and stays in constant contact with you whilst you are on the way, and she meets you with a nice Italian smile. Be prepared, she doesnt speak much English, but we got by with the help of google! The aprtment is very clean and well equipped with a nice starter pack provided, snall bread, cakes, jam etc. There is an oven if needed, washing machine and fridge freezer on the lower level, and also you will find the very clean downstairs shower, toilet and basin. The hot water is in a tank so a quick shower is needed as it does drain all the hot water. The lower level has dining table, TV and wifi, and this is where you will find the pull out sofa for the 3rd bed. It is described as a two bedroom, but, the second bedroom is the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen, its a double one, but not in its own room, this was not a problem as our one of our two boys did'nt mind using this. Upstairs is reached by a winding staircase that opens up into a nice clean well lit bedroom, with a double bed and 1 single bed. Here you will find towels, extra bedding, a baby cotbed, and a clothes rail. The apartment is in a typical Italian suburb where motor bikes and cars whizz up and down the narrow lanes, all day, and late at night, so it can be a bit noisy, but part of the charm of this holiday, we love the hustle and bustle! A very short walk to the right is the famous Pizzeria Starita, the ques to get a table are long, and ques start as early as 4pm and last until at least 11pm. We skipped going there as there are lots of Pizzerias along the same street and we found a really nice one near the station that we ordered takeaways from. Next door is a wine shop selling a good range of wines and even red wine for 1.50 euro! We explored the city from the apartment via the narrow streets and got the real sense of the real Italy, but the train station serves the centre and the waterfront quite easily, however, Linea1 is prone to break down or be delayed, we found this out a few times! We took the train out to Pompeii which is about a 40mjn train journey, here you can also climb mount vesuvius, both very much reccommended. Our family really enjoyed our Naples adventure, and if we return will use Tinas lovely apartment again. GRAZIE TINA!
