"advertised as a normal albeit adults only hotel we booked in for 3 nights. Transpired it’s essentially a short stay love hotel.It would seem that users of this type of hotel are buzzed in and out of the room by staff behind the scenes, communication by in house telephone. Staff however spoke no English making the process a little difficult. After some discussion we managed to get a key allowing us to come and go as we pleased. "The hotel offers great value - large room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom - and an excellent location with good access to the highway entry / exit. My only gripe - as an expat living in Japan - was being asked to have a copy made of my ID; something (unfortunately) required of visitors to Japan, but not expats living here.
