Welcome to Cozy Cottage! Our spectacular COZY 3BR/2BA very spacious home has all BRAND-NEW furnishings and linen. Cozy Cottage is located within the The Cottages of Gleneagles, a BRAND-NEW community nestled inside of the 1,300 acres gated Legends Golf Resort, with a delightful atmosphere all around it. Surrounded with the club house pool, hot tub and playgrounds, The Famous Ailas Pub and so much more. This property is very convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The Space:
BED & BATH
The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, dresser, two nightstands, large walk-in closet, flat screen TV with cable access and a en-suite private bathroom featuring a luxury standing tiled shower with a glass door and enclosure, double sink vanity and private toilet room with door.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstand table sitting chair and closet. The 3rd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstand table and closet. The second full size bathroom is in the hall between the 2 guest bedrooms.
LIVING AREA
Enjoy our spacious living room complete with a super comfy sofa featuring a sofa bed a love seat, coffee table, two end tables with lamps and a large flat screen TV on our beautiful TV stand. We also have a BRAND-NEW Full-size Washer and Dryer in the laundry room with a shelving unit above the washer and dryer to hang your non dryer items.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our Beautiful fully equipped; fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals if you decide to dine in while you are on vacation. Featuring BRAND-NEW stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, oven, microwave, double sided refrigerator with bottom pull out freezer & dishwasher), a Keurig coffee machine. Our kitchen features a eat at bar with barstools and a breakfast nook inside the kitchen with a round dining table that will accommodate 2 guests, along with a small desk space you can work at as well.
When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining room table with seating to accommodate up to 6 guests. We have an added plus in the kitchen with an attached breakfast bar & barstools complete with seating for 4 guests and our breakfast nook complete with table and seating for 2 guests.
PATIO & BACKYARD
Enjoy your days/evenings on our covered patio complete with a table and chairs as well as a BBQ Grill for your outdoor cooking & relaxing needs. There is also a small backyard for the kids to enjoy playing while the adults are grilling out.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

Guest Access:
Keypad Entry for convenient self check-in
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
PARKING:
- You MUST ONLY park in the driveway. There are ONLY 2 vehicles are allowed for this property.
- NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED!
- NO PARKING or DRIVING IN THE LAWN!
- No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV's permitted!

Being a guest in Cozy Cottage, you get to enjoy all the Legends Golf Resort Amenities & Clubhouse. Centrally located just off Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach, the Heathland, Moorland, and Parkland courses are nestled within the Scottish-inspired Legends Golf Resort facility. Legends Golf Resort offers 5 of the Best Championship Golf Courses available in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding states of South Carolina and North Carolina. We are just 5 miles from all the great beaches as well as everything Myrtle Beach has to offer without staying in all the congestion.
At the main entrance of Legends Golf Resort which off US HWY. 501 you will find a variety of Restaurants like (Outback Steakhouse, The Grumpy Monk, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux), Grocery stores (Kroger and Publix) and The Tanger Outlets.
Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are super convenient to get to from the Legends Golf Resort. There is absolutely something for everyone in the family. So, whether you’re a golfer, water enthusiast, or just enjoy spending a day at the beach, renting a home at Legends is just the place for you.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.
- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.
- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

- Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!
- Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We must have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.
**ALL PARKING PASSES MUST BE RETURNED OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 if lost or missing. **
- Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
- Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!
- Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Please DO NOT WASH OUR WHITE LINEN WITH OTHER ITEMS!! Our white linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!
- Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
-Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
