気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
After selecting and staying at Compass Cove several times before, this visit was the worst.
The customer service is lousy, the employees were not concerned about any of the issues that I brought to their attention.
Main issue: Each room assignment, the room was dirty and not fit for occupancy. On the third assigned room, I settled and requested housekeeping services!
Check-in took approximately 45 minutes after returning to communicate the cleanliness of the assigned room.
After that,I asked for a complimentary breakfast ticket, no, booked via 3rd party. Let them handle the disgruntlement. Yes, that’s what was said.
