• Laundry Facilities: A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.
• Additional Amenities: An iron and board, hairdryer, and extra linens are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guests have full access to the Atlantica South Tower's premier amenities, including:
• Indoor Pool and Spas: Relax and unwind in our indoor pool or take a dip in the indoor and outdoor spas.
• Lazy River and Children's Pool: Perfect for family fun and relaxation.
• Beach Access: The condo is located less than 150 yards from the beach, allowing easy access for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing.

Additionally, you are just a short walk away (half a block) from the Atlantica North Tower, where you can explore additional resort amenities. However, please note that access to amenities exclusive to the Atlantica North Tower may not be included.
