It’s in a very convenient area, clean, staff was very nice & breakfast had good selection. The room is extremely small. We could barely fit the stroller in. It’s ok if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room.

The staff was friendly but not helpful at all. I had 3 nights paid, my mistake I did not check my itenerary and left a day earlier. The front desk new all that. I did the check out and did not mention anything about it and let me go. Kept my bags for a full day. If they mentioned something I would've realized my mistake but instead kept my money.

This is a little gem of a hotel. On the lower level there is a spa that has a fabulous hot tub, sauna, and steam bath as well as relaxation room. A guest can use it for FREE for an hour and a half. Also a massage is available for fee. The breakfast is fabulous. And there are a couple of Indian restaurants within a couple of blocks in case you get tired of Italian food. It is not right near the Duomo but maybe half hour walk away.
