OCEANSIDE VILLAGE - golf cart included, bottom unit, no stairs, pet friendly.

Our home has three bedrooms and two baths, New flooring and new paint throughout. Kitchen is stocked with Biltmore Chef Series cookware, with dishware for service for twelve, including utensils and glasses. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, hand mixer, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, new refrigerator. There's also cookware, crock pot, electric can opener, everything you'd need to cook and serve a meal. Spectrum cable and internet.

We provide beach umbrella and beach towels if you don't want to bring your own. There is a Cornhole board and bicycles for adults and children.

There is a nice patio with dining table/chairs for 6, fire pit and it's private.

We are pet friendly, there is a dog park within walking distance of our home. We provide a pet waste station and outside water bowl for taking your pet outside or so they can get a quick drink after taking them for a walk. We allow 2 pets and they MUST be included on the reservation and pet fee MUST be paid. No large dogs and no aggressive breeds.

Oceanside Village is located between Business 17 and N. Waccamaw Drive off Melody Gardens in Surfside Beach. We are within walking distance to the beach and there is also private beach front parking, there are bathrooms and a shower area to wash the sand off your feet, beach chairs and beach toys. We are close to Garden City, Murrell's Inlet, Pawley's Island, Huntington Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach State Park.

Food Lion grocery store is located right across the street for all your grocery needs. There is a flea market within minutes if you like to shop or just like to look around. We are new to VRBO but not new to the vacation business, so give us a try you won't be disappointed and will want to make our home your yearly vacation destination to enjoy with your family!

WE RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY MAY THROUGH AUGUST. Owner is on-site and is always available to answer any questions that you may have and can tell you where the best restaurants and other places are to go!

If you are interested in planning a trip for fishing, Neil can help you plan it with local knowledge of guides, charters and local fishing spots.

We strive to have our guests have a wonderful stay in our home! We can always be reached by phone, text, email or through VRBO.

Great Location
Our stay was excellent! The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. They allowed us to have a late check out with no extra charge due to holiday traffic. The location and the convenience of the golf cart was amazing. 3 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels were all provided. I only subtracted one star simply because the place could use a few updates and I felt as if the floor had some sand on it when we arrived, as if it had not been mopped. Otherwise, awesome place for a few friends or a small family.

Nice and Peaceful
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely rent again with our kids if the house is available. The house was very nice and clean, had everything needed for cooking and/or grilling. Stuff you could use for the beach and/or pool, and we loved the golf cart usage.

We had a wonderful stay…..the owners were helpful with anything we needed and so nice and friendly….the house is very convenient to the beach especially with the golf cart….we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family….would love to stay again.

Welcoming and felt right at home
The house was beautiful and very inviting. We had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to a grill and bikes to ride around. We also had a golf cart that made for easy access around the village and to the beach. Neil made us feel at home and was there if we needed anything. We definitely recommend staying here!

This was a great week! The property had a great location inside Oceanside village.. walking distance to the outside pools, & a good golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. My family loves this area, & this was one of our best stays, we hope to come back soon!

Loved the decorations. It is not the Taj Mahal but it is very comfy. I would stay again! Parking is tight but the golf cart makes your day!

Country beach living life
First I want to tell you how accommodating the owners were by letting us stay Wed to Wed after our previous VRBO was cancelled last minute. So THANKFUL! The house appeared just as the pictures a lived in home. Nothing overly fancy but had everything we needed. Kitchen fully stocked, bath towels, beach towels available, and beds were comfortable. Little extras like a air mattress, stroller for babies, a beach chart with 4 chairs and a umbrella that also turns into a beach table!! Oh and full use of your own golf chart. My family and I would stay again and liked the area so much looking into our own vacation spot.

Not the best
Upon arrival we realized we were staying in the bottom unit and the owner lived up top. It does say that in the listing I did not read that part unfortunately. He does park his car there so if there's more than one car you'll have to park the 2nd car in overflow parking. We walked inside and immediately smelled urine. It is pet friendly so I'm assuming that's why. Our A/c unit quit working after the 1st night there. We had a/c 2 nights out of our 7 night stay. The ceiling tile in my kids room fell every time the door shut and fiber glass was everywhere. We vacuumed about 5 times during our stay to get it all up. I will say the owner was very responsive to all issues when I messaged him but unfortunately nothing was really done about it. The A/c guy came out next day after my complaint, fixed it ( we had a/c that night) then next day it froze up and we had none the rest of the week. We ended up leaving a day early bc it was just too hot. We won't stay there again.

Nightmare
Our stay was very disappointing to say the least. 1. Outside trash cans were overflowing and smelled from previous people. We had to endure Saturday to Tuesday this smell and flies everywhere with nowhere to put our trash. 2. Roach bugs were present with one falling on me while sitting on couch. 3. Washing Machine had overflow problems with carpet wet in bedroom when we arrived. 4. Small parking spot was terrible. 5. Carpet was dirty. 6. AC didn’t function well. 7. Only shower hot/cold water turn off didn’t work. 8. House stunk even using candles and Lysol everyday, our stuff even smelled like the place! 9. Owner did refund cleaning fee back. But for the money we had to pay, it was the worst experience we’ve ever had and we’ve been coming to the Beach for over 30 yrs. How, anyone can charge so much for a place like this. We are not demanding or bad folks but this stay here will never happen to us or our friends hopefully ever again.

Just a few issues with the place. The kitchen rug could have been washed or replaced. The toaster is ancient and dangerous! It gets too hot when using it. We had to clean the outside table and patio area also. Otherwise the property had everything you need.

Property location was great. The amenities in the village were excellent and property provided a golf cart which was very convenient to ride down to the beach. Property had a very nice outdoor space. It was was spacious; however, our main complaint was the poor condition of the interior. Floors tiles were dirty, chipped and cracked, carpet was stained, paint job was horrible, kitchen needed a major cleaning.; towels in the master were old and faded. We were embarrassed when our guests complained about the condition of the mattress and the sheets which were peeling. Very unfortunate as this could be a very nice vacation rental if owners would take care of these issues.

Very comfortable bottom unit, good for pets . All the amenities you need, including golf cart and beach chairs . Towels included bath sheets which is awesome . Owners are on site and very hospitable. Thank you for making this a comfortable, easy stay .

Great family time
Nicely appointed 3 bedroom apt conveniently located near community pools and a beautiful starch of private beach. Hosts are super nice and even gave us beach equipment and a golf cart to make our stay more fun and easy! We came with our sons pets and the hosts were very accommodating. We will definitely come back!

Most relaxing vacation
It was a very relaxing vacation we really enjoyed our stay. We hope Zoe (our English Springer Spaniel) didn't wake you at all. Bonus was the location had a dog park where you can leave your dog off the leash and they had two different areas one for small and larger dogs. Also that you didn't have to pay to.park at the beach because you have your own parking lot. Only complaint is the security people need to tell people how to get to the place they are renting. Had I not printed out the map prior to us leaving I would not have known where we were going and also that you cannot check in earlier if the place is ready.

Dream Weekend!
This place is awesome. The 6 of us had a great time going to the beach and hanging at the house. A previous review mentioned broken AC, it must have been fixed because the climate inside was great. The complimentary golf cart was so nice to use, and allowed for a short trip to private beach access. We all can't wait to come back!
