良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

鉄道駅の目の前に加えて、トラム乗り場や空港アクセスバス乗り場にも近く、どこに行くにもとても便利だった。また、隣の建物にドラッグストアがあり、少し歩けばスーパーも充実しており、必要物品の調達がすぐにできたのもとても良かった。あと、受付の男性スタッフがとても感じが良く、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルだった。

駅の北側、道を一本渡るだけの便利な宿です。宿自体に不満は全く無いですが、夜のチェックインのときは中央駅周りに浮浪者とかがいるので、少し不安でした。

ミュンヘン中央駅の目の前にホテルがあり、交通の便がとても良く、ここを拠点に電車やバスを使った近郊への日帰り観光が存分に楽しめる。日本人宿泊客もすごく多かった。残念だったのはアメニティグッズの少なさと、朝食メニューが毎日ほぼ同じだった事ぐらいかな。

空港バスから降りてすぐ、駅近でスタッフさん達も優しく過ごしやすかったです。早朝についたので荷物だけ預かって貰えるか聞いたらチェックインさせてくれました。長時間のフライトで疲れていたたので凄く助かりました。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。また来た時は泊まりたいホテルです。ありがとうございました！

立地については申し分なく良いです。ただ、立て付けが古いのか、近くの部屋の人が椅子を引きずる音、扉を閉める音が大きく響いて、深夜、早朝に毎日起こされて、残念でした。朝食のホワイトソーセージやホットチョコレートは美味しかったです。

良かった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

適度なところが好きです。

15年ほど前からお世話になっています。新しいわけではなく最新の設備があるわけではありません。しかし，毎回宿泊する理由は全てが適度なことです。清掃についてはまったく問題はないと思います。朝食，ランチ，夕食は品の良いレストランで摂ることができます。中央駅近隣には高級ホテルもたくさんありますが，居心地では引けを取らないどころか1番だと思います。全てが適度ということは大切だと思います。

スタッフ対応が素晴らしい

フライト時間の関係で朝6時頃、到着したところ、荷物を預かってくれた上に、フライト時間が長いから、シャワーを浴びるように勧めてもらったので、お言葉に甘えてシャワー室を貸していただいた。とっても旅の始まりから気持ちがよかった。メガネを失くして困っていたら、声をかけてくれて一緒に探してくれて何と見つけてくれた。本当に感謝しております。

中央駅近くなのでどこに行くのにもとても便利だなホテル。またスタッフの対応はフレンドリーでとても良かった。またレストランの朝食を7日間利用しましたが、どのスタッフも笑顔で気軽に声をかけていただき毎日ゆっくりと食事をすることができました。今後も機会をつくり宿泊したいホテルです。
