Valet parkingという事で　車でホテル到着時、即座のフロント係の人のお出迎えとチェックインがあり好感持てた。部屋も良く非常に良いホテル。

・The location is very good and various sightseeing spots are within walking distance ・There are many restaurants near the hotel ・This room has a small kitchen where you can cook simple meals. ・The person at the front desk was very kind and politely asked to explain the facilities. ・They took care of luggage storage after checkout and taxi arrangements.

良いホテルです

部屋はやや狭いですが、フロントなどスタッフの対応はとてもよいです。周辺はレストランからスーパーまであり便利、旧市街の中心に立地しています。

街の中心にあり、駅も近く、お店もたくさん。ホテルは古い建物ですが、リノベーションされているのかとてもお洒落で、綺麗です。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。

Simple but pleasant stay

The room I stayed has a kitchen. Very spacious, modern and clean. Their amenity is very minimum so don't forget to bring your toothbrush. I guess this is a German thing?

ミュンヘンの真ん中にある素敵なホテル

ミュンヘン中央駅の近くで非常に便利な場所にあるホテル。ホテル内、部屋もおしゃれな雰囲気。朝食も美味しくて最高におすすめ。

仕事の疲れも癒してくれます！

まず立地が最高です。マリエンプラッツと市場に歩いてすぐ、地下鉄駅も利用でき仕事の移動に便利でした。部屋はおしゃれで居心地がよく、私にはとても快適でしたが(スーペリア)、同僚のシングルはとても狭かったようです。大型で機能的なホテルが好きな人には、合わないかも。フロントの人も感じがよく、お願い事に対応してくれました。タクシーもすぐきます。仕事だからこそ空港近くの無機質なホテルに泊まるより、旧市内にあるこんなホテルの方がロケーション含めて癒されました。。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

高くて狭すぎる部屋

とにかく値段が高かった。そのわりには部屋があまりに狭い。清潔でスタイリッシュな部屋だったが洗面所が狭すぎて不便。従業員は親切だったが部屋が使いづらく居心地が悪かった

マリエン広場付近ならここ‼︎

雷の後の大雨にあい、疲れきってたどり着いたホテルでした。ミュンヘン1日目だったので、道がわからず、少し迷いましたが、ホテルに着いてからは天国でした。スタッフは英語で分かりやすい説明をしてくれます。明るくて親切でした。夕食はルームサービスでお願いしました。運ばれて来るまでに少し時間がかかりましたが、笑顔の素敵なスタッフが運んできてくれました。お料理は大変美味しくて満足です。また泊まりたいです。オススメです。場所はマリエン広場の近くで、マックスヨーゼフ広場の近くの路地です。路地ですが、近くには人気のあるレストランがあり、観光客で賑わってます。

Marienplatz まで徒歩5分弱。地下鉄・バス・トラムを使って観光に便利。すぐ近くに、Weisses Brauhaus（日本語メニュー有り）、Hofbräuhaus am Platzl、カフェ、日本料理店、スーパーまで何でも揃っている。スタッフの対応も非常に親切だった。

広々したデザイナーズホテル

部屋は広く、スーツケースを広げるスペースが十分ありました。バスタブもあり、疲れを癒せてよかったです。またバスローブとスリッパもあるのも良かったです。近代的でおしゃれな内装ですが、リノベーション物件ぽく、エレベーターは古い感じでした。エレベーターは１つで、ボタンを押してもなかなか来ないことが多かったです。市庁舎や主な協会などに徒歩で行け、食事するお店も徒歩圏内にたくさんあって便利が良いです。女性２人旅行でしたが、市庁舎近くの飲食店から夜の22〜23時頃ホテルに歩いて帰っても怖いとは思いませんでした。駅も近いので交通の便もよく、空港やその他の移動も楽でした。

よかったです。

部屋はモダンでキレイ。とにかく場所がよく、食べるのにも、買うのにも困りません。荷物を置きに帰ったりもできます。唯一、空港にタクシー以外で行く場合は、駅までトランクをひくのがしんどいかな…。特に何か聞いたりもしなかったので、サービスはよくわかりませんが、たぶん親切なんだろうな、と思わせる応対を他のお客さんにしていました。2泊しかしませんでしたが、キッチン付きだし、もっとゆっくりしてもよかったかな〜、っておもいます。

ミュンヘンの今を感じられるホテル

ミュンヘン中心街にも徒歩で行ける範囲のとても便利な場所に在ります。お部屋も落ち着いた調度品で家具や照明やインテリアもすてきでした。空調も良く快適な部屋で寝過ごしてしまうほどでした。市場も近くに在り、朝食はここで済ませました。今回は3泊しましたが、次回もまた連泊したいと思わせるほど居心地のよい滞在でした。

Cortiina Hotel is an absolute gem in Munich. The staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. Room was spacious and modern. Loved how central the hotel was to great shopping, restaurants and must see attractions.

We received an upgrade on our check in. The hotel was very cozy, smelled really goos in the halls, and the room was big as well. Very clean and perfect location to walk around old town. Two very good German restaurants near by as well. Overall very good clean and cozy hotel. The guy who checked us in with curly hair was very nice, walked us to the room and showed how everything worked. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Munich!

Cortiina was a lovely central hotel in Munich. It did have a more boutique feel and was catered as such. We had a suite that had a queen bed and 2 single beds for our teenager sons: the sleeping space was separate, but the space for the boys was quite tight. The living room is large and spacious but the furniture is old and in bad need of updating. We had breakfast included in our room and there was a wide selection of food available. The hotel has a very well equipped gym, providing water and towels. It is a couple of blocks walk to Marienplatz and Old Town. There are only a couple of things I would mention: the hotel is not all in one block, so you may have to exit the main block to have a different entrance to your room. I would also like to self laundering facilities, as it does lend itself to a longer stay. Front desk organised a pick up transfer to the airport for a fee. All in all very happy with the hotel.

Charme e localização, porém peca nos detalhes

O ponto forte do Cortiina é definitivamente a localização combinada com seu perfil e hotel boutique. Desponta nos detalhes e serviços (não há serviço), front desk com pessoas solícitas, mas notadamente sem nenhum treinamento ou profissionalismo, parecem estagiário, falta um(a) hotelier. O hotel tem muito charme com as suítes que fazem você se sentir em um apartamento VIP no coração de Munique. Há outros hotéis tão bem localizados, mas são bem maiores e sem o mesmo aconchego. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, em especial, todos os que trabalham no café da manhã. O serviço de valet é eficiente e prático, apesar de caro para os padrões do Brasil, mas não para a cidade (39 EUR/dia). Pontos que nos desapontaram do Cortiina: (1) hotel praticamente não tem serviço, não tem mensageiro para pegar suas malas ao chegar ou pega-las no quarto ao sair, inadmissível em um hotel 5 estrelas, (2) o bar fica cheio de noite e não sugerem aos hóspedes fazer reserva, ou seja, não é possível descer no quarto e tomar um drink de noite, tem que sair do hotel, (3) menu de jantar e room service muito limitado, para uma família com crianças não há opções amigáveis para os pequenos, como massa. Provavelmente ficaremos novamente no Cortiina em nossa próxima estadia na cidade, mas sugerimos a contratação da um hotelier profissional. Sensação de amadorismo na gestão do hotel. Obviamente, falo isso porque fico há muitos anos em hotéis 5 estrelas, entre grandes independentes, redes e boutiques.

All our employees are trained in the full tasks of a porter/concierge.We will speak with our staff directly and continue to train them.Our restaurant and bar is open for hotel guests as well as guests from outside and is very popular, a reservation or spontaneous visit is possible depending on availability. The regular room service menu offers ten sweet and savoury dishes & snacks, as well as three additional 24/7 dishes. Can’t fault it. The reception service was friendly and helpful. Our room was great - clean, modern, innovative and good size. Location was super.

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

Excellent hotel & an outstanding location. There are a plethora of bars n restaurants within a 5-7 min walk. The staff make the place - Florian and Marco were exceptional.
